Even though that time marked some dark chapters for our company, Freeride Spirit is a reminder that the hard path often leads to the most meaningful destinations. That period shaped who we are today — resilient, grounded, and thriving with a stronger vision than ever.
Rolland and Maxi are more than skilled videographers. They are storytellers, explorers, and above all, authentic people with a contagious energy. Watching them plan, laugh, ride, shoot, and edit was a true inspiration.
Today, Freeride Spirit has premiered at multiple festivals, including the prestigious Motorcycle Film Festival, and sits among the most respected motorcycle films in the world. And yes — I’m proud to be part of it.

A Motorcycle Film That Hit Close to Home
Back in 2017, something special sparked here at Enduro North Star. That’s when I first met Rolland Blechschmied, a passionate filmmaker with a deep love for motorcycles and a vision bigger than life. Rolland approached us with an idea — not just to shoot some enduro footage, but to blend storytelling, adventure, and the raw emotion of off-road riding into something unforgettable.
At that time, our Enduro Lounge was just finished, and we were building everything from the ground up. We had a dream: to put Northern Greece on the international enduro map, and Rolland’s arrival felt like the universe answering that call.
We started with brainstorming sessions, sketching scripts, scouting routes, and testing gear. Soon, Rolland returned — this time more organized and equipped to the teeth. With HD cameras, advanced gimbals, drones, and the boldness to film on-bike, we captured some truly stunning material together. That phase of content eventually fed our early TikTok and Instagram efforts, bringing attention to a place most riders around the world had never considered: the remote, wild beauty of northern Greece.
But that was only the beginning.
One evening, Rolland shared with me a bold idea. He wanted to create a global enduro film — something that bridged the gap between professionals and hobbyists, a documentary that captured the universal spirit of riding. It would be called Freeride Spirit. At that moment, I didn’t fully grasp how much work, travel, and heart he was already pouring into it. But I saw the passion in his eyes.
What followed was years of dedication. Rolland and Maxi, his brilliant and energetic partner, travelled across continents, interviewed riders from every background, and rode countless kilometers to document what unites us all: the fire, the challenge, the brotherhood, and the joy of enduro.
